The speckles of light Festival was founded with the goal of creating an International Fireworks show that taking advantage of the territory and its environmental context can lead to an increase in tourism and image. This is an event of great artistic value, able to excite and to mobilize tens of thousands of people, to make itself heard throughout the national territory and who manages to draw the attention of engineers and spectators.
