Friday 28 November 2014 the Refuge Val Ant to top of Larches, Asiago plateau, offers a dinner with smoldering bones of pigs reared in absolutely natural way to Alpine Larches, prepared according to the most typical rural tradition.
Tastes delicious and wholesome, as only the pigs reared up here in the mountains can offer! The proposal provides for the combination with characteristic dishes and choice of other dishes from the à la carte menu.
