HERE IS THE NEW EVENT:
Saturday 1st February at the Palazzo del Turismo di Asiago Millepini from 21.00 hours held on Macbeth by William Shakespeare, staged theatre company The Zonta of Thiene , directed by Giampiero Puddle.
One of the most famous texts of English playwright. The valiant Macbeth succumbs to the lure of three witches and becomes a sneaky assassin to usurp the throne of Scotland. Go to the scene you want, and lust for power drives that lurk in every one of us, urging us to ask ourselves what our "shadow line"; But even stories of courage and battles, passionate love for lost Palace intrigue, and loneliness, friendship and revenge, supernatural presences that whisper to your ear sweet and deadly prophecies.
THE ZONTA THEATRE COMPANY OF THIENE
The Circolo "Zonta" was born in Thiene in 1989 and since then has continuously performing in theaters in triveneto offering to the public and to the organisers a wide range of entertainment, from the teatro popolare veneto to the contemporary, from children's entertainment to readings and live music.
"The Zonta" also organizes workshops of recitation and expressive reading as well as assist teachers in theatrical activities taking place throughout the school year.
The company is enrolled in the F.I.T.A. (Federazione Italiana Teatro Amatori) and currently has 12 members.
In all these years we have always strived to offer the public rewarding theatrical experiences that unite the fun also a strong communicative and emotional component.
The show is part of the 2013-14 Season at Teatro Millepini di Asiago, which from November to may will bring staged classics and contemporary works, comedies, tragedies, humor, music, offering opportunities for reflection and enjoyment.
