Autumn has arrived on theAsiago plateau, bringing with them fantastic colors, scents and flavors!
To celebrate the arrival of the new season, Saturday, October 1, at the Refuge Val Ant, there will be a theme dinner with dishes of exquisite mushrooms of the territory. Porcini, finfarle, Calhoun will be the protagonists of a delicious dinner, with dishes prepared with the freshest ingredients and top quality.
It will be an excellent opportunity to spend an evening with friends, enjoying the best of local produce of our beloved Plateau.

The appetizer
- Carne salada di Asiago and Parmesan cheese with marinated chanterelles Larch mountain.
- Bundle of Sopressa nostrana with fresh ricotta and mushrooms mixed berries
