"ART & CIOCC® The Tour of Chocolatiers" stops in Asiago from 3 to 5 February 2023, in the historic center of the city.
On this occasion, the stands of chocolatiers will present different varieties of chocolate and pastry products, each with its own specialties related to the regions of origin.
It will be possible to taste different types of chocolate, such as chocolate ganache, fruit and spice chocolate, pralines, cuneesi, cremini, gluten-free chocolate, raw chocolate, "broken" truffles of infinite flavors, almond paste, Neapolitan sfogliatelle, crepes with spreads and more. It will be a real feast for the eyes and the palate!
Saturday 4 February 2023, moreover, there will be a special guest, Benedetta Parodi, who will hold 2 cooking shows!
At 10.30 am - Asiago PDO themed showcooking
And at 12.00 - Chocolate-themed showcooking
And there will also be showcooking and demonstrations by local restaurateurs and pastry chefs!
