23rd edition Gallio Film Festival - July 20-27, 2019

Film review on the Asiago Plateau

From Saturday 20 to Saturday 27 July 2019 the 23rd edition of the Gallio Film Festivalwill be held.

During the days of this exhibition, film screenings will be carried out in the afternoon/evening. This year's theme is women: synonymous with beauty, friendship, passion, maternal love.

The venue of the event is the Cineghel di Gallio.

Saturday 20 July

• 9 p.m. opening night and screening of the film "Sofia" by Meryem Benm'Barek

Sunday, July 21

• at 16.00 screening of the film "A Day of Sudden" by Ciro D'Emilio
   
• at 18:00 will follow a Special Event, tribute to Bernardo Bertolucci,"LaCommare Secca", the first work of the great director
   
• at 21:00 will be screened the film in competition "TheBody of the Bride" by Michela Occhipinti, the director will be present in the Hall.

Monday 22 July

• at 16.00 screening of the film in competition "Soledad" by Augustina Macrì
   
• at 21.00 will be screened the film in competition "Arberia" by Francesca Olivieri that will be present.

Tuesday 23 July

• at 16:00 will be broadcast the film in competition " Isis, Tomorrow" by Francesco Manocchi and Alessio Romenzi
   
• at 18:00 will follow a Special Event on Pope Francis "My idea of Art" by Claudio Rossi Massimi
   
• Director Vicenzo Caiazzo of the film "The Diary of Carmela" will be present at 9 p.m.

Wednesday 24 July

• at 16:00 screening of "The Road of Samouni" film in competition by Stefano Savona
   
• at 21:00 screening of "Maybeit's just seasickness", film in competition by Simona DeSimone, which will be present at the screening.

Thursday 25 July

• at 16:00 screening of the film in competition "Travelling with Adele" by Alessandro Capitani
   
• 6 p.m. from a Special Event "Goodbye Saigon" by Wilma Labate
   
• at 21:00 will be broadcast the film in competition "Zen on The Thin Ice" by Margherita Ferri, director who will be present in the theater.

Friday 26 July

• at 16.00 screening of the film in competition "TheHealer" by Mohamed Zineddaine that will be present in the theater
• at 21:00 screening of the film in competition "LaBanda Grossi" by Claudio Ripalti,will be present Matteo Rago executive producer.

Saturday 27 July

• at 16.00 another Special Event for the audience of the Gallio Film Festival: Tribute to Ermanno Olmi on the occasion of the 41 years of "The Tree of hooves", "Tree, our" by Federica Ravera who will be present at the Cineghel .
• at 21.00 final evening and the awards of the Review.

GALLIO FILM FESTIVAL Association

TheGallio Film Festival Association aims to promote culture,through the organization of events, film screenings, debates, theatrical and musical performances, conferences, publications and other initiatives, targeting all people without age limits, geographical background, social and/or politicalcategory. It can also contribute to the creation and production of films of both regional and national character and manage on their own cinemas.
