THE ASIAGO CHOIR

The "Asiago Choir" was founded in 1952 by a group of friends from the parish "schola cantorum", who decided to come together to learn the songs of the S.A.T. of Trento, animated by the passion for the mountains and for singing, supported from the friendship that had been created between them.

The debut took place on August 16, 1952 in Asiago on the stage of the forecourt of the "Prunno", under the name "Asiago Choral Group".

Many years have passed since then and the Asiago Choir has taken a leading role not only in the cultural landscape of the Plateau, but also in the Veneto Region.

Currently the Choir is made up of elements that come from various municipalities of the Plateau; this allowed him to grow, numerically and technically, assuming a comprehension dimension never known before.

THE MONTECIMON CHOIR

In the year 1970 a group of friends passionate about singing had the idea of forming in Miane a choir that, in addition to the passion for singing, also meant an opportunity for constructive aggregation. With this admirable intention was born the Montecimon Choir.
Throughout its life, the Choir has participated in countless initiatives, concerts and singing competitions, both national and international, also trying to organize musical events. As an example, the commitment made from 1995 to 2002 for the "International Festival of Music and Dance" which, at biennial deadline, transformed Miane into an international center for quality and heterogeneity of music and folk dances, expression of the culture of many nations of the world.

A special commitment has always been dedicated to the organization in Miane of the annual Choral Review "Song, Music and Entertainment", the highlight singing event for the Choir. It is an opportunity to offer the public the best of the annual repertoire and also to learn about other choral realities, both national and international, that every year are invited to enrich the show.
Recently, the Choir has also tried to organize another event, which has been a growing success year after year. This is the Christmas Concert, which has been held since 2009 at the beautiful Abbey of Follina, with the important help of the Municipality of Follina and the Prealpi Bank.

The members of this coral-musical "forge" are usually found two days a week in the rehearsal room of the Headquarters to consolidate and enrich their repertoire. The approximately 30 choristers who make up the Montecimon Choir come partly from Miane itself and partly from the neighboring municipalities of the Vale and the Quartier del Piave.

Over the years the Choir has also produced some important works, testifying to the quality and variety of the songs proposed, as well as the technical levels achieved thanks to the different Masters who have succeeded as Artistic Directors.

Currently the choir carries out its activity in Italy and abroad, invited by cultural organizations and associations. He participated in music festivals, festivals and competitions, earning lusighieri acclaim from the public and critics. The Montecimon Choir has been conducted since 2005 by Maestro Paolo Vian, assisted by Masters Elisabetta De Mircovich and Luisa Rebeschini in perfecting vocal technique and studying musical reading. The repertoire ranges from popular songs to sacred music, from pop songs to national and international music.

AMAZING GOSPEL CHOIR

A vocal group project born in 1998 for the study of Gospel and Spiritual, grows with the M. Nicola Marsilio in 2000 and consolidated in 2001 with the arrival of Marica Fasolato to the management, formalizing in 2002 the establishment of the Amazing Gospel Choir.
The initial group of about twenty choristers evolves musically and reaches within a few months an organic of about forty elements.
The choir is dedicated to the study and dissemination of spiritual, gospel music, as well as pieces from the African tradition and contemporary authors. Currently there are about thirty-five voices, from 16 to 70 years old, from Este, Abano Terme, Padua and neighboring municipalities.
