Theme lesson and remote observation at the Asiago Astrophysical Observatory
[DATA_LUNGA]], theAsiago Observatory is scheduledto remotely observe the pulsar of the Crab Nebula, the remnant of the supernova observed in the year 1054.
The meeting will begin at 21.00,at the headquarters of the Pennar.
The observation will be carried out remotely with the Schmidt telescope in Cima Ekar (or the Galileo telescope of the Astrophysical Observatory of Pennar).
At any time, the telediscovery can be used to search for optical signals that can be traced back to gravitational waves:visitors could therefore be involved in this exciting research!
In addition, there is also an interesting lesson in"Gravitational Waves and Kilonovae", curated by Irene Salmaso (Astronomical Observatory and University of Padua).
