Cross country race in patrols on the Asiago plateau
Sunday 11 March 2018 on theAsiago plateau back the Trophy battlefields, this year at its 33rd Edition.
This is a race that has always been broad consensus of participants, both for the reminder and tribute to the exploits of alpini who fell valiantly during the great war, both for the fascinating journey that takes competitors through the places of memory.
This year will be the center bottom Campolongo di Rotzo to host the traditional cross country race in patrolsin a really impressive: participants will travel about 30 km between strong Campolongo Italian fortress 1720 meters of altitude mail to bulwark of the Val d'astico, and strong Verena, called the "ruler of the Plateau", from which he departed on 24 January 1915 the first cannon shot which marked the entry into war of Italy.
You will pass through Alpine pastures covered by white snow and narrow valleys bordering the province of Trento. All at an average share of 1500 meters over a distance of 30 kilometers, with a route of Medium difficulty.
The edition of the Trofeo battlefields 2018 will also have another novelty: in fact, this year's patrols will be composed of two athletes (and not three as per tradition).
For all participants who are interested also Saturday 10 March 2018 there will be a free guided tour to the Fort Campolongo starting at the bottom center.
The event is organized by the Alpine Asiago Sports Group, in collaboration with the Section A.N. "Monte Ortigara", local authorities and sports clubs. The event is included in the national calendar FISI and is giving away several trophies: the "battlegrounds" at the first patrol, the trophy "Alpini section m. te Ortigara" the first patrol ANA, the trophy " Strong " at the first aggregate Member ANA patrol and finally the trophy " Paul Scaggiari " the first female patrol.

REGULATION
1) 33° Trofeo battlefields is a national competition F.I.S.I. of Granfondo in patrols of two elements and is held in Campolongo di Rotzo the day 11 March 2018 on distance of 30 km in freestyle.
2) are admitted to race competitors of both sexes born by 31 December 2000 and that they hold the card valid for the winter 2017/2018 required by F.I.S.I. current regulations. Mixed patrols contribute to men's ranking.

4) REGISTRATION and payment

Registrations are allowed the day 11 March 2018 directly on the race, 8.00 a.m. & #62; Euro 40.00 to patrol
Upon presentation of medical certificate of fitness and sports ticket FISI.
Please indicate on REGISTRATION FORM all the personal details, home address, the name of the ski club and email address, if available. It is accepted
the inscription of patrols composed of athletes from different sports clubs; in this case, the registration will be made official by a single company meaning tacit renunciation of the other.

Registrations can be received even in the manner prescribed by the Italian Winter Sports Federation (registration) until 22.00 on Friday 9 March 2018.
5) TENDER SERVICES
Registration entitles you to participate in the race, enjoy refreshments, help along the way, timing with electronic detection.
6) RACE PACKAGE
All participating teams will be given to the withdrawal of the pectorals.
7) CANCELLATION of the RACE
In case of cancellation of the race entrant is entitled to a refund equal to 50% of the entry fee.
8) RACE OFFICE and jury
The meeting will be held on Saturday 10 March 2018 at 15:00 at the race Office in Via Asiago Ceresara Alpine Sports Group 1 at the headquarters of Asiago.
9) DISTRIBUTION of RACE BIBS
The bibs will be distributed on Sunday 11 March 2018 at the competition area starting from 7:30.
10) DEPARTURE
It's scheduled departure of the first team at 9:00 hours with 20 "interval between each patrol.
Race numbers will be assigned at the meeting on the basis of the sum of points of L.B. of every single component of the patrol. The teams entered Sunday morning will start last.
11) on arrival the time interval between the two competitors in the same patrol should not, disqualification, exceed ten seconds. The time taken will be detected at the arrival of the second component of the patrol. Are there checks along the way.
TENDER DEADLINE h. 3.00.
12) each contestant acknowledges to all effects that the event requires a considerable physical effort and technical progress.
13) along the way, there is no right to "free track" for people wishing to overcome another patrol. It is permitted to replace a just skiing and it is absolutely forbidden to take off your skis during the race.
14) by registering and paying the fee the participant declares to accept without limitation this regulation. State that you are in
enabling medical certificate provided for in the provisions in force and raises the Organizing Committee from any responsibility for accidents and for damages to third parties. With enrollment participants allow forwarding of personal data to third parties for further processing under the privacy Act.
15) Organization, agree with the jury, may change the route or suspend itself if that should be necessary to force-majeure.
16) complaints may be submitted to the jury within 30 minutes of exposure of officious, accompanied by the fee of 50.00 Euros which will be returned in case of acceptance of the complaint.
17) by submitting the registration competitors claim to fully accept these rules; for matters not covered in these rules apply
regulations contained in R.T.F.
18) by registering the competitors shall allow the processing of personal data pursuant to Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 "personal data protection code".
19) the Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify at any time these rules.
