35° Festival of the Rotzo Potato 2-4 September 2011, Rotzo Asiago plateau
As usual, during the first weekend of September, the feast of Rozto potato, gastronomic event eagerly awaited and now in its 35th edition.
The Rotzo potato, potato varieties, typical for the Rotzomemo, in theAsiago plateau, is the main ingredient of mouthwatering dishes such as gnocchi, fantastic especially when topped with the traditional topping of butter, sugar and cinnamon, and the so-called "polenta considers", typical dish plateau composed of potatoes, onion, lard, flour, grated cheese and cinnamon.

Friday, September 2
Opening Hours: 19.30food standwith typical local products (gnocchi, polenta considers sopressa, tosella...)
Hours: 22.30 live music with the "VOODOO" TONGUE"and"THE BEAT "ALL" (The Beatles vs Rolling Stones contest)
24 hours: Happy Hour.
Saturday 3 September
19.30 hours: opening food stand with Gnocchi Party.
Hours: 22.30 live music with "NEW FRONT of t. .. VASCO" and, to follow,"STARFUCKER"(Rock 'n roll resurrection).
Sunday, September 4
10 a.m.: opening of the photographic exhibition "ROTZO yesterday ...AND TODAY".
12.15: opening hours food stand.
15: 00 Fiestamania with Latin American dances, revival and live entertainment.
Hours 19: Happy Spritz .
19.30 hours: opening food stand.
Hours 21.30: dancing evening with the orchestra "ELVIRA & MISTER".
The event will take place even in case of bad weather as the entire area is covered by canvas tent.
