39th Rotzo potato Festival, 2014 Altopiano di Asiago 4-6 September 2015
From Friday 4 to Sunday 6 September 2015 to Rotzo is celebrated the traditional Festival of the Rotzo potato!
According to tradition, during the first weekend of September, there will be the most anticipated culinary event and now in its 39th Edition.
Every year it attracts a large number of people from all over theplateau of Asiago 7 Comuni.
The Rotzo potato, a popular potato varieties, typical of the territory of Rotzo, one of the 8 municipalities of theAsiago plateau, is the main ingredient in dishes such as dumplings, delicious especially when topped with the traditional topping of butter, cinnamon and sugar and so-called consider polenta, flat plateau typical prepared with potatoes, onion, lard, flour, grated cheese and cinnamon.
Activities and games for kids, food stand with gnocchi and typical local products with potatoes, polenta, cheeses and suppressed, entertainment, live music and dance: a large party aimed at audiences of all ages.
We highlight that the food will be available during all three days.
