3 ^ edizione del Premio letterario Mario Rigoni Stern, Asiago-Saturday 22 June 2013
Saturday 22 June 2013 at the Palazzo del Turismo Millepini in Asiago, it will award the Premio Letterario Mario Rigoni Stern; now in its third edition.
The "Mario Rigoni Stern Award for Multilingual literature of" was founded in 2010, two years after the disappearance of the writer asiaghese, for honouring the memory and testimony in defense of the natural and cultural heritage of the mountain at the initiative of the Veneto region, the Municipality of Asiago, the Provincia Autonoma di Trento.
The award is designed to encourage the development of cultural context polyglot that references the ' Alps, promoting a merit competition works of fiction and non-fiction devoted to the Alps, to their landscape and their people. Established by the ' intent to honor the memory of Mario Rigoni Stern and his work, the prize aims to perpetuate the values of brotherhood among peoples, respect of the environment ', Alpine World.
The award is dedicated to fiction and non-fiction by mountains in all languages of the ' Alps (Italian, German, French, Slovene, Romansch, Ladin Franco-Provençal), has annually and is divided into two sections: fiction and non-fiction books, each of which every two years. The Award for non-fiction is based in Asiago (VI) with award ceremony in odd-numbered years, while that for fiction is based in Riva del Garda (TN) with prize-giving in even-numbered years.
This event relates to the Philo literary historian of World War I whose Mario Rigoni Stern wrote.
