Tuesday, July 27, 2021,from 9:45am,"Forest Bath"awaits you: walking in Nature with the awareness that doing so is an experience of solicitation of the five senses.
You will be educated to listen tothe sounds of the forest,to breathe its scents,to observe the light and shades of colors,creating a sensitivity that helps to establish an authentic contact with plants and with the earth.
Your senses will be amplified through the proposed experiences: gentle yoga, walking meditation, conscious breathing practices, sound bath with Tibetan bells, embrace of trees.
You will immerse yourself in the mountain forest in a new and profound way, to learn to "live" in the best way the gifts that Nature offers us!
The practice, which will last about two hours, will be led by Giulia, a RYS 500-hour certified yoga teacher.
Meeting at Casa Zeleghe by 09:30.
Bring blanket, water and wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking in the woods.
