From May 31 to June 2, 2025 , the 4th Drone Day Altopiano 7 Comuni will be held, entitled "Wings on history", an unmissable event for drone and history enthusiasts.
During the three days, participants will have the opportunity to explore and document with their drones some of the most evocative places of the Great War in the area, including Fort Corbin, Fort Campolongo, Fort Verena and the trenches of Mount Zovetto.
The program, in addition to the flight sessions, includes thematic workshops, conferences on the history of the fortresses by the historical popularizer Loris Giuriatti, and moments of sharing and conviviality among the participants.
To make the atmosphere even more evocative will be the historical re-enactment of the Association "Per non dimenticare" – 145° CP BGT 7 Comuni.
For the entire duration of the event, Mattia Antonelli, a nationally known YouTuber in the sector , will also be present, who will document and promote the Drone Day on his channels, helping to enhance the territory and the places of the Great War on the Asiago Plateau.
The event, organized by the Altopiano 7 Comuni Drone Group, represents a unique opportunity for drone enthusiasts, who will be able to test their skills in a safe environment, thanks to the support of professionals in the sector. The coordination of the flights will be handled by Michele Caffagni (owner of the first Italian company highly specialized in training, regulations and flight permits), with the assistance of the observers of the RDN Veneto association and the logistical support of the National Carabinieri Association.
In the wake of the success of previous editions, drivers and enthusiasts from all over Italy are expected to participate.
