5° Gear Lusia " ...ndando " ' to 14 July, 2013 Lusiana
The Group marciatoriLusia " ...ndando" ' in collaboration with the comune di Lusiana organized for Sunday 14 July, 5° Gear Lusia.ndando'.
It is a non-competitive track event of miles 6-13-20 depending on the preference of each participant.
PROGRAM AND REGULATION
The departure is scheduled by the gym's parking comunale di Lusiana in seven municipalities from 07.30 a.m. to 09.00.
You can subscribe directly on the morning of the March. The participation costs are £ 2.00 for members affiliated FIASP and € 2.50 for non members.
The routes remain open to runners from 07.30 a.m. to 13.00.
Will there be a refreshment along the way: 1 refreshment for the 6 km path; 2 dining options for the route from 13 miles and 3 dining options to the path from 20 miles plus a refreshment at the end of each course.
The paths from 6 and 13 miles have fix media in that hilly while the mixed track by 20 miles, montano, is of a higher difficulty.
