8° Concorso Fotografico "the wonders of the forest" in gallium, from 16 to August 20, 2013
This year, as usual, the commune of Gallio presents the Mushroom Festival and nature called "the wonders of the forest", which will be held at the Municipal Auditorium from 16 to August 20, 2013.
Now already the 8th Edition, the Festival returns with a rich program of events and some very interesting news.
Among all related initiatives what usually is the most successful photo contest; the following rules and other information.
Theme
The subjects of the photographs that will be sent by participants to be mushrooms in their natural environment.
Participation requirements
The contest is open to all photography enthusiasts. Photos can be submitted only by their author that represent and warrant that you hold all rights to the work, which does not affect any rights of third parties and does not violate any applicable law.
Upon accession, the author represents and warrants to have every moral right and patrimonial copyrights.
Ways to participate
Participation in the competition is free. Each participant can send a maximum of two photographs that are also different mushrooms.
Photographs, along with the entry form duly completed and available on the website in the section dedicated to the tourist information Office, must be delivered to the tourist office, via IV Novembre 1, no. 36032 GALLIO (VI), or sent to the e-mail address by no later than 09 AUGUST 2013.
The dispatch must be accompanied obligatorily by the participation form completed in all its parts.
If the material received lacked the required data, even partially, the photograph will not be accepted for the competition.
Digital photographs sent in digital format should be JPEG with a minimum size of 20 x 30 cm approx. 300 dpi resolution, (equivalent to a minimum of 72 dpi pixels 3543x2362); photographs must be format analogue 15 x 20. The files can be the result of digital processing, which fixes minimum brightness, contrast or exposure, including Photomontages, as long as the items are all used by the author.
The first classified 150 photographs will be exhibited inside the 8th Festival of the mushroom and nature, which will be held at the Municipal Auditorium from 16 to August 20, 2013.
Awards
Will be awarded three photos, colour or black and white, the authors of which will be delivered as first prize Power Canon camera shoot G1X, second prize wellness weekend for two people at the Meltar boutique hotel, 3rd Prize voucher worth € 100.00 spendable at Bergamaschi Photographer of Asiago.
The works may be used by the organizers of the contest in order to promote its initiatives. In such a case will always mention the name of the author who will give the tourist office, the rights of non-exclusive use.
Awards
The award ceremony will take place Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at 18.00 at the Auditorium of the municipality of gallium.
It welcomed the presence of the participants in the contest at the time of the award ceremony. The tourist office will contact the winners via email, telephone or letter.
