Pennar Asiago Observatory has the largest telescope in Italy, better known as Galileo 122 cm Telescope.
The tool just mentioned was built by Officine Galileo in Florence between 1940 and 1942 and dedicated to Galileo Galilei in occasion of the tercentenary of his death.
