2.0 Pink Pony bar & Grill offers a theme dinner starring the porcini mushrooms
Continuing food and wine events proposed by (Qvb) 2.0.
Tuesday August 23, 2016 the protagonist will be the porcini, precious gift of Highland Woods.
From 19.00 hours, you can taste an aperitif accompanied by crostini with a light cream with mushrooms.
From 20.00 porcine dinner is served, it will be combined with wines from the cellar Home, partners in the initiative.
Mr. Scapin Enzo will guide our customers to discover the flavors and uses of this precious fungus.
In detail, the menu includes:
ENTRE ': porcini carpaccio, Arugula and Parmesan.
First course: Vialone nano delle abbadesse with porcini mushrooms.
Main course: saddle of boar with porcini mushrooms with herbs and potatoes with Rosemary.
Dessert: Highland Strudel.
The wines that accompany the courses will be: Prosecco Millesimato, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Malvasia Dolce.
The price of dinner is 25 Euro, reservation is recommended.
