Sunday, September 29, 2019 will be held the first Marathon of the Plateau, organized by Cortina Outdoor Experience, and in Gallio will be great celebration! 
There are many side events that will animate the weekend of 27 - 28 - 29 September,with different activities suitable for all ages: from theparkour exhibition to the uphill skiroll race; from the Try of Minitrial Electric children to the Bike Trial with world champion Alberto Limatore; from MTB Orienteering to Nordic Walking Hiking; and then aperitif in music, lantern hunting, photo night and more!
A rich and varied program, for an event that promises to be truly unique!

FRIDAY 27 WEEKS
6:00 p.m. Parkour Exhibition
For the first time, theart of displacement will transform the streets of Gallio into a playground where the laws of physics will be put to the test. Among the best athletes in Italy in Parkour,the Uncensored Runners team will perform trying to give the public some of the magic of this new discipline, beyond the usual media banalizations.
Between climbing, jumping, vaulting and acrobatics, these guys will show us how movement can become reflection, emotion and poetry.
SATURDAY 28 SEPTEMBER
10:30 a.m. Skiroll race uphill in free technique
Departure at 10:30 from The Valley of the Ronchi and Arrival in Via IV November in Gallio, route length 2.5 km.
The race is open to all, the participants will be divided into the following categories:
- Male Boys – Females
- Male Pupils – Females
- From Aspiring onwards unique category males and females
Membership costs 5 degrees.
To register, you must have a medical certificate for the practice of sports.
Registrations are made at the Tourist Office (for info click on the green keys at the bottom of the page).
2:00 p.m. Try Trial – Electric Minitrial Test Invitation
A trial organized by ASD Trial Plateau Seven Commons and reserved for boys and girls from 6 to 16 years old who want to discover the practice of the Mini Trial using electric Trial bikes in a closed path which will be set up at the Gallio Playground in Via Valbella.
Children will wear helmets and backrests and will be followed by qualified instructors who will provide them with the basics of learning how to ride a single-speed Trial bike.
the presence of a parent is required to manage delegation.
In case of bad weather, the event will be cancelled.

6:00 p.m. MTB Orienteering
Location: Council Hall of the municipality of Gallio
Presentation of mtb orienteering activities on the Plateau of the 7 Municipalities.
Aimed at all residents and appallers mtb
6:00 p.m. The Bike Trial with World Champion Alberto Limatore
For 14 times italian overall champion, winner of the World Cup, vice-champion of the world and winner of the European Cup, and also the best Italian biketrialrider.
An exciting show, with a character of great value, to spend together the night before the Marathon of the Plateau!
7:00 p.m. Aperitif with Music and LATTERIE VICENTINE
8:45 p.m. Natural Life
Location: Council Hall of the municipality of Gallio
An evening of images and footage of the Plateau curated by Lunardi Diego, Matteo Munari and Federico Toldo. Discover the nature altopianese in its most intimate and hidden form thanks to the photos, videos and stories of Natural Life photographers.
A journey through the autumn colours, winter landscapes and the wide variety of wildlife present in a territory as small as it is rich in history and nature.
SUNDAY 29 SEPTEMBER
PLATEAU MARATHON
Marathon start at 8.30am – Classic start at 8.45am
9:30 a.m. Nordic Walking Hiking
Participants will be able to approach the hiking walk using Nordic Walking sticks. The program includes the Ronchi-Valley of the Mills tour with a visit to the mill. The duration will be about two and a half hours. The features are:
- Departure at 9.30am from the centre of Gallio
- Elevation 200m D- and 200mD
- Duration 2-2.5h
- Guides: Alex Pilo and Anna Sella Nordic Walking Instructors and Environmental Guides
- Age: age 7 and over (minors accompanied by an adult)
Cost: 7th (of which 2nd in donation as the race) - possible rental cost sticks
