Let's find out together the Didactic naturalistic Museum "Patrizio Rigoni" of Asiago Saturday 25 July 2015 at 10.00 at the premises of the Museum.
THE TOSELLA
The Tosella, also called "white steak" is a fresh cheese soft, should be eaten fresh, it has a beautiful snow white and can be salty to taste at the time of tasting.
Is consumed cooked, grilled, breaded or even toasted in the oven, accompanied by a good bottle of Prosecco, in front of a fireplace.
Workshop suitable for children and adults.
