DESTINATION: the meadows and pastures of Santa Caterina di Lusiana - Asiago plateau Seven Municipalities (VI)
Santa Caterina is located in the southern area of the Asiago plateau and the Seven Municipalities. Here from district to district you will find lush woods, meadows and springs that make these places rich in charm and biodiversity.
Spring is the ideal season to get to know and collect the many wild herbs that grow in this area and benefit from contact with nature. Accompanied by an expert guide we will learn to recognize some wild herbs rich in aromas and aromas whose alimurgical and healing secrets are handed down from generation to generation. On our return will be the warm colors of the sunset to envelop a suggestive panorama of the plain. An experience that will give you a mountain of emotions!

At the end of the excursion you have the opportunity to taste the wild herbs at the Restaurant Pizzeria Le Alpi di Pamela. The typical menu includes:
- APERITIF: Dandelion flowers in batter with fresh prosecco
- FIRST: Nettle mess
- SECOND COURSE: Omelette with herbs and rolled bacon
- SIDE DISH: Meel kraut (mixture of wild herbs)
- SWEET: Strawberry tart with spring flowers
- Wine and water included
DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
The route is a ring and does not present particular technical difficulties. It develops between mountain paths and dirt roads and some short stretches of paved road with little traffic. The difference in height uphill is less than 200 m, there are no exposed sections.
TO TAKE WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion, a small snack such as dried fruit, front battery, any notebook for notes.
COST: 15€ for the guided excursion. 5€ for children under 15 years.
COST OF HERBAL DINNER: 25€ per person. Indicate any intolerances or allergies at the time of booking.
