ANIMAL ADAPTATION IN the HIGH MOUNTAINS with the gamekeepers Giancarlo Ferron, Mittewald Roana the August 5

The evening of Monday, August 5 at theHotel Residence of Cimbric Mittewald Roana, Giancarlo Ferron, gamekeepers and author of books, will talk about "animal Adaptation in the high mountains".

Born in hill country, with a strong hunting tradition, as a child, the hunters followed and tried to imitate them using the Sling. It is immediately noticed are not really interested in hunting.

Began to hold aviary, various species of birds that was injured, old decoy discarded by hunters, specimens caught or bought from the catch of the day, to observe and study them closely.  At the age of fourteen he flung open the door of the Aviary: today sees the animals in their environment and, possibly, photographer.

• September 2010 writes the book "The bear's paw" for Edizioni Biblioteca dell'immagine di Pordenone.

• November 2011, edited, directed and wrote the text of the nature documentary video "the seasons of wildlife" published by the cultural association "Faunambiente for the conservation of nature in Vicenza.
