Arsenic and OLD LACE by Frank Capra Film Festival in Malga, Altopiano di Asiago Saturday 24 August
Saturday 24 August at 21.00 o'clock at Malga Val Marie behind will be screened the film of Frank Capra's "arsenic and old lace".
ARSENIC AND OLD LACE
A classic black comedy. The writer Mortimer Brewster, ex staunch Bachelor, comes home by aunts Abby and Martha to tell of its fresh marriage to Elaine Harper, but discovers that the two lovely old ziette and "help" those who affectionately call the "their Lords" (actually their tenants) to leave the life with a smile on their face, offering them the elderberry wine.
CINEMA FESTIVAL IN MALGA
Every Saturday in August at Malga Val Marie behind (1650 m) will be held outdoor projection of films within the framework of the Festival "Cinema in Malga -under the sky meadows", in collaboration with the GallioFilmFestival.
The vision is free and open to all. In case of bad weather the projections will take place inside the mountain hut.
TO ARRIVE
The Hut is accessible only by foot, from the parking lot of the Melette. Journey time approx. 1 hour. Easy route.
As with any hike in the mountains, it's good to keep in mind some advice:
• It is advisable to equip itself with appropriate clothing, remembering that you have to be prepared to face all weather conditions, sometimes in the mountains can be variables.
• Preferred the mountain boots and a nice pair of wool socks .
• Bring along a sweater or a fleece and a windbreaker (or a K-way) to put in your backpack even if it starts with the Sun; the evening is very likely going to be cold.
• Remember to bring a flashlight for reentry.
