Asiago chocolate event with "King of Chocolate" Ernst Knam

If you're a chocolatelover, on the weekend of February 7-8-9, 2020,make no commitments: in the old town in Asiago returns"Art & Ciocc. The Chocolate Tour!"

The tour along Italy of chocolate will in fact stop again this year on thePlateau of the 7 Municipalities,precisely in Piazza Carli in Asiago,where for the first time will be set up a large covered structure that will guarantee the event even in cold and bad weather with many stands with chocolate of all tastes and all shapes, open from 9 to 21.

Inside, the master chocolatier artisans from all over Italy will try you with regional specialties,but also with new delights and new tastes,as well as small and large objects and chocolate sculptures,real works of art to admire and savor!

So you will find gluten-free chocolate, organic, vegan, sugar-free and the prized raw chocolate with anti-ageing properties... but also beers and spirits for those who prefer to enjoy it in different ways.

Inside the large structure will also be present the ChocoLab,a chocolate factory with real working machinery where the expert master chocolatier of Perugia Fausto Ercolani will offer delicious lessons to young and old showing the whole process of transformation from the cocoa bean to the chocolate bar,with tales, games and experiments to discover the food of the gods.

This year, also, Art&Ciocc Asiago will have the honor of hosting a prestigious name like that of ERNST KNAM, a chef of international fame German by birth and Milanese by adoption, proclaimed Italian Champion of Chocolate and became known in Italy as "The King ofChocolate" thanks to the TV program of the same name that sees him protagonist and especially loved by the public thanks totherole of judge of the very popular program "

Ernst Knam will take the stage on the morning of Saturday, February 8, at 11:00, where he will amaze the audience with his very personal style characterized by sophistication and unusual combinations. His creations follow the seasonality of the food and his interpretations of chocolate, spices and fruits make his pastry unmistakable.
