Learn the basics of sports with the sports association A7CSOK

What is it?  Orienteering is a fun and interesting sport activity.
Orienteering means maps, forests and a lot of adventure.
No matter how young, old or trained you are: Orienteering is a sport for everyone.

Orienteering is a sport that is practised outdoors (outdoor).
The Orientalist tests his ability by choosing the shortest and easiest way to reach a series of control points marked on a specially designed topographic map, helping with a compass.
There are various disciplines in Orienteering: The travel Orientation (CO) is the most common and widespread, then there is the Mountain Bike orientation (MtbO), during the winter you practice the ski orientation (SciO), finally there is the orientation of precision for people with Motor Disability (TrailO).
In sporting events the routes are diversified according to the difficulty and length, which varies from a minimum of about 2 km for beginners and children, up to more than 12 km for the most experienced orientalists.
