Activities for children and adults at the Asiago Astrophysical Observatory
Friday, december 28, 2018, theAsiago Observatory organizes the workshop "the colored stars".
The meeting will begin at 18:00, at the headquarters of Pennar.
This is a fascinating spectroscopy laboratory, suitable for teens and adults, during which you will learn how the study of the stars through their Rainbows, using various types of lamps and by unravelling it the colors with special glasses.
In particular, on this occasion, will spectroscopy of the Comet Wirtanen, or "Christmas Comet", with the telescope Galileo.
After the workshop, the program also includes a guided tour of the MUSE (astronomy instrument Museum), which houses the astronomical instruments decommissioned Asiago Observatory.
INFORMATION
Participants will be provided with night vision goggles of the spectrum of any source of light, except for the Sun.

Reduced: € 5 for children up to 12 years, employees and students UNIPD and OAPD)
We recommend warm clothing and to have a front panel. For groups of 15 people it is possible to arrange other meetings.
