"NICE WRITE-Italic. The cursive script of ' 400 "
On the occasion of the exhibition "", Sunday 14 April 2019 will be the calligraphy class "NICE WRITE-italic. The cursive script of ' 400", organized by the Professional calligrapher Anne Sadiki.
The course is being held at the Biblioteca Civica di Asiago, from 9.00 to 18.00.
A true immersion in the fascinating world of calligraphy to learn to write like our ancestors.

Italico. The cursive script of 400
Why handwrite in full digital age? Because the handwriting is personal and non-mechanical: di-marks and sends our thoughts and makes valuable what is applied.
The Calligraphy over the years has changed, following the trends and adapting to new and different spaces, but its purpose has remained unchanged: communicate in a unique way.
This workshop is aimed at those who want to get closer to Calligraphy and also relearn an elegant and functional model of personal writing and daily.
We will help the elegant shapes of theItalics, the humanistic script also called chancel script, studying with method will make our writing more spontaneous, easy to write, easy to read, and then personal satisfaction.
You'll discover how the "polite" with the study of the shape of the letters written at first with pencil and later in historical form with the pointed nib truncates.
Brought from Arrighi at its most formal fulfilment in the early decades of 1500, the italic writing – or also called chancel script – is one of the most beautiful historical writings and more current, extremely versatile and suitable for many applications.
ANNA SCHETTIN
Anna Sadiki is graphics, calligrapher and teacher at academies and schools of Design.
Helped popularize the calligraphy in Italy through the teachings and activities ofItalian Calligraphy Association, of which he was one of the founders in 1991.
In formal writings prefers the styles to wide tip: historical writings and elegant or modern and strong who practices with traditional instruments and informal looking for original and expressive marks. Enriched his education and passion for letters with experiences of typography, engraving and printing, miniature, bookbinding and techniques applied.
