DESTINATION: Cima Verena 2020 m - Asiago Plateau Seven Municipalities
After a warm welcome drink we begin the climb to the top of Monte Verena. Crossing pastures and woods where the night, the snow and the stories of the Guide will make the atmosphere magical.
From the top we will enjoy a panorama that sweeps from the Po Valley to the Dolomites, but above all we will have the opportunity to enjoy an exciting starry sky, to which we will entrust our good intentions for the new year.
Once at the summit, the Dinner awaits us at the Forte Verena Refuge.
The dinner menu:

- Millefeuille with parmesan biscuits and chestnut cream
- Cheesecake with bacon and pears

- Risotto with radicchio and crispy bacon
- Gratin of vegetable noodles with truffle cream

- With mashed potatoes

- Panettone and prosecco for the toast!
After the dinner and the celebrations for the new year, we return to the cars with a pleasant descent with snowshoes!
DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 4 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging).
The route is a ring and does not present particular technical difficulties, but has an uphill difference in height of about 500 m. It develops between mountain paths and dirt roads.
The route may be subject to change due to the presence of ice / snow.
TO TAKE WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (half a liter) or hot tea, possibly a small snack such as dried fruit, gloves, cap, a front battery, cover for the return to snowmobile. For dinner it is possible to change in the spaces of the refuge, but we recommend warm clothing for the return.
MEETING PLACE: Localita' Verenetta, 36010 Roana VI -
It starts on foot from the meeting place.
COST € 150 including welcome drink, guided snowshoeing and snowshoe rental, dinner at the Forte Verena Refuge.
In case of bad weather the excursion may be cancelled.
In the event that there is no snow, there will be an excursion on foot without the aid of snowshoes (the price will not change).
Reservation is required and will be valid only after payment of the deposit.
