After the success of the first evening, the Restaurant of the Campomulo Refuge in Gallio offers a new opportunity to participate in an evening dedicated to the authentic flavors of the Asiago Plateau. 
On Saturday 12 October 2024, from 7:30 pm, the refuge will host a second gastronomic evening in which you can taste the delicious ribs of the cattle raised in the pastures of the refuge, a quality meat that reflects the love for the territory and its traditions.

In a welcoming and familiar atmosphere, the Campomulo Refuge promises to make you experience an evening of good food and conviviality.

Rib steak dinner menu in Campomulo:

• Potato rosti with cream cheese from the Central Plateau and bacon
• Ribs from the Campomulo Refuge with a side dish of fresh vegetables from the garden
• Cover charge, water, cake and coffee

The price of the evening is € 45.
