Would you like to experience the magic of New Year's Eve at high altitude?
Friday, December 31, 2021 you can enjoy this emotion in the cozy and warm atmosphere of the Campolongo Refuge,with great food and lots of music!
The evening will start at 20.00 with a welcome aperitif with both Prosecco Doc Lustik Bain Tenuta Guida and non-alcoholic.
A rich and refined culinary journeywill follow. You can choose whether to enjoy the full menu or opt for the reduced menu with a choice of meat or fish. There is a special menu for children.
To make the atmosphere even more special and pleasant will be the live performance of the musical trio Bàbata.
The super green Pass is required to access the restaurant. There are no restrictions on the number of diners at the tables, and no additional tampon is needed.

Welcome aperitif with both Prosecco Doc Lustik Bain Tenuta Guida and non-alcoholic

- Shrimp brick with red turnip caviar, salmon eggs and Pennar casatella
- Plated citrus quail, brioche bread, rocket pesto and chanterelles confit
First
- Gnocchi with cuttlefish ink, sea sauce, burrata, pesto with black cabbage and lime
- Tortelli stuffed with roe deer, drunk cheese fondue, pomegranate and fried artichokes
Seconds
- Sliced bluefin tuna in sesame crust with fruit salad and lime sorbet
- Veal cheek braised in beer with celeriac puree and broccoli fiolaro

Midnight Toast with Moscato Spumante Rosè Batasiolo
