Chamber Orchestra of the Dear Regency Asiago review Festival, Friday, August 9 in Asiago
Friday, 9August2013 new appointment with the 47 ^ Edition ofAsiago Festival.
The evening will be cheered by theChamber Orchestra of the Dear Regency, direction of Sergio Gasparella, Marco Valentini organ and percussion Mattia Cogo. The music will be by Grieg, Poulenc.
The event will be held at St. Matthew's Cathedral of Asiago, 21:00 hours.
SERGIO GASPARELLA
Born in Thiene in 1989, he started his piano studies at age ten at theIstituto Musicale di Thiene under the guidance of professor Massimo Barbieri. He graduated in 2010 with M° Romano Zancan from dawn at the Vicenza Conservatory "a. Pedrollo" with top marks cum laude. The following year he participates in Rome in an annual course di alto perfezionamento with Prof.ssa Lya de Barberiis, the last pupil of Alfredo Casella.
Between 2010 and 2012 collaborated in the project "Grow in music" with cellist Julius Berger and Massimo Somenzi pianist in Chamber music repertoire. It has been proposed with music at the "storyteller" to the "Città della Speranza", "Telethon", and other cultural and beneficial initiatives proposed by Municipalities and Associations Veneto.
Fascinated by Baroque repertoire complements also the study of wand direzione from harpsichord and basso continuo with prof. Lorenzo Feder. It is listed in the third year of conducting under the guidance of M° Giancarlo Andretta at the Vicenza Conservatory.
