CIASPOLATA on the snow "Winter views from Mount Lisser" with Filippo Menegatti and Andrea Basso - Highland Guides - Mountain Professionals

A medium-difficult ciaspolata that will take us to visit Mount Lisser the nearby Forte, Italian stronghold placed as a barrier of Valsugana on the nearby Austro-Hungarian border. Built between 1911 and 1912, it was the most modern fort on the Plateau during the Great War.

During the excursion we will have the opportunity to tell the unfolding of the war events on these territories, capiting its enormous strategic importance.
