Thanks to the water, the vegetation of this area is particularly lush and rich in biodiversity: you can see an explosion of spring blooms and enjoy the shade of chestnut trees, hornbeams, Oaks and ornielli.
The country Covolo di Lusiana ealy Valley above to enter the magical world of the stream and secluded Chiavone white. Over the centuries, the power of the water that comes from the southern part of Altopiano dei Sette Comuni, came here through various hydraulic machines. The old mills were used to grind grain, "Pandey" to shine the barley, mallets to strike while the iron and the sawmill to make boards and beams. Here where time seems to stand still, the dry stone walls, fountains, the capitals and the mule tracks tell us about past lives in close contact with nature.
The path is not particularly difficult techniques, is characterized by the presence of mountain paths, trails, wooden bridges and some stretch of road asphalt, rarely busy.
