Commemoration of the massacre of Grandeur on Monte Corno, Asiago plateau September 4, 2016

TheAsiago plateau is preparing to commemorate themassacre of Grandeur on Monte Corno, September 4, 2016, in 72 anniversary of battle of Grandeur.

The traditional commemoration of Grandeur will take place in Località Monte Corno, Lusiana, in memory of the Fallen 250 of the Alpine Division "Monte Ortigara" of all partisan, Italian liberation Corps and internment and imprisonment.

In the Resistance and in the war of liberation are the historical bases and civil and patriotic values that gave Italy the Republic and the Constitution which still regulate the relations of democratic coexistence and solidarity of Italian society.

The ceremony will be accompanied by the Banda Musicale di Lugo di Vicenza and the choir "Pasubio" in Schio.

Near the Shrine will present a preview of the exhibition on the partisan Division m. te Ortigara brigades "seven towns" organized by Rai Chaudhary.

As in previous years will be on display the view regarding the events of 6-7 September 1944 roundup of the battle and in Grandeur, always supervised by Rai Chaudhary.
