Conference THE PLATEAU OF GIANNI, in memory of Gianni Pieropan, a pioneer of the historiography of the Great War, 14-15 June 2014 Cesuna

The 'Historical Archives and the Dal Molin'"Face the Cultural Historical Association of South Plateau 7 Comuni" organized in Cesuna, next June, an important conference for all fans of the Great War. 

The event on two days, a Saturday and aSunday, will be held at the Cinema - Theatre Andrea Palladio Cesuna where you alternate various scholars and historians who will provide researchers, for various reasons, work on a theme related to 'Plateau and its events of the war. 

The conference is dedicated to Gianni Pieropan, a pioneer and master of the historiography of the Great War Vicenza foothills of the Alps as well as extraordinary person whose memory is still alive in many of Vicenza and beyond. 
Speakers for the occasion twenty speakers including military historians, noted scholars and authors of publications that the present will have the opportunity to meet personally at the exhibition in a special room of theConvention Center. 

Will be presented for the occasion a nice video titled: "John Pieropan - Profile of Man," a tribute of affection and gratitude of the 'Historical Archives Gianni Dal Molin. 

Will also be present at the opening that his son Alberto remember his father, as Pieropan remember before more properly historical relations of the other speakers, the actions of Dr. Mauro Passarin curator of the Museum of the Risorgimento of Vicenza and Prof. Paolo Pozzato. 
The role of the moderator in the conference will take Roger Dal Molin flanked by her sister Monica as a presenter of the event on Saturday and Elena Sartori on Sunday. 

All three however, with the support of Eros Zecchini, in turn, will wear on Saturday at 20.45 in the guise of historical beautiful and interesting evening dedicated to Sassari titled "Emily Lussier and year plateau that is not told." 

There will also be other surprises and news from the association which will be announced during the two-day event. 
An important and prestigious event and a great opportunity for true fans of the Great War.
