
On Wednesday 16 July 2025, at 8:45 pm, the Cesuna Library will host an evening of classical dance with the representation of the famous ballet Coppélia.
The event is free admission and open to all lovers of art, music and entertainment.
Considered one of the great classics of the romantic repertoire, Coppélia is a ballet in three acts to music by Léo Delibes, known for its lightness, irony and fairytale atmospheres.
At the center of the story, a mysterious girl, Coppélia, who turns out to be a mechanical doll created by an eccentric inventor, Dr. Coppelius. Between misunderstandings, jealousies and comedy, a lively and poetic plot unfolds, made even more exciting by the expressive force of dance.
The show, proposed in a cozy and evocative context such as that of the library, represents a special opportunity to get closer to the magic of classical ballet, in an accessible and engaging form.
An unmissable event for those who want to spend a summer evening between culture and beauty, in the heart of the Asiago Plateau.
