Course for stress reduction and enhancement of concentration in Asiago-6 December 2018

Thursday 6 December 2018, will host the second lesson of the course for stress reduction and enhancement of mental focus organized byAssociation "FLY" of the plateau.

The course is open to all, will be held in the Sala delle Tele at theAsiago mountain Union (former station) and will start at 15.00 hours.

In particular, it is aimed at those who feel the need to improve their well-being through physical and emotional and mental practice of conscious breathing, development of mental concentration and relaxation deep.

The lecture will be held by the teacher Gigliola Feltham, instructor, graduate of yoga and science of breath and associated Centre Parsifal Yoga Academy in Milan.
