Gourmet appetizer with Conco dandelion on the Asiago plateau
The 14 ^ culinary event "at the table with the dandelion of Conco" continues: Saturday 27 April 2019, from 17.00, there will be a new gastronomic event with Conco dandelion at the bar-pasticceria Courteous, in Piazza San Marco, 24 to Conco.
You can enjoy delicious appetizers at dandelion, like dandelion white pizza, Bacon and Vezzena, marinated dandelion, dandelion stone ground flour to bread with sopressa DOP, t osella dandelion and more, accompanied by a unique and delightful spritz prepared for the occasion with dandelion flowers, both alcoholic, non-alcoholic.
The food and Wine Festival "at the table with the dandelion of Conco" will last for the months of April and may and will see restaurateurs of our territory in tasty alternating tasting evenings, during which will be prepare delicious menus based Conco dandelion.
