Demonstration of Qi Gong to Sojo, Lusiana June 22, 2014
Sunday 22 June 2014 to 17.00 hours will be held at the Park of Sojo a demonstration of Qi Gong.
Qi Gong is an ancient Eastern health exercises. The lecture will be held by maestro Roberto Zilio.

The term Qì Gōng refers to a set of practices and exercises related to traditional Chinese medicine and in part to the martial arts that include meditation, mental concentration, control of special breathing and exercise movements. Qi gong is usually related to the maintenance of good health and well-being both physical and psychological, through the care and growth of their own internal energy (Qi).
