Gastronomic evening on the occasion of the exhibition "#adottaunalbero - And... STATE IN MARCESINA"
Saturday 6 July 2019 opens the new gastronomic exhibition "#adottaunalbero - High Cuisine - Colors and flavors of the Vicentina mountain inthe dish ", organized by Coldiretti Vicenza to encourage and support tourism in the areas hit by Storm Vaia last October.
The first dinner of the gastronimic festival will be held at Malga BusaFonda, from 7 p.m.
The protagonists of the evening will be the colors and flavors typical of themountain, which will conquer even the most demanding palates with their goodness and genuineness.

The proceeds of the events and the exhibition "#adottaunalbero And... state in And around Marcesina" will be donated for the reforestation of the Plateau.

- Salted cake with ricotta and wild chicory, malga halfand and flavored lard
