Saturday 1 December 2018, the traditional country flavors come on the boards of the Refuge Val Anton theAsiago plateau.
Refuge awaits from 20.00 hours for traditional and special "Dinner of ossi de mas-what" the flesh of pigs raised in a completely natural way to Alpine Larches from the family Fridge Stoff.
This is one of the most classic events related to rural life, held traditionally in the period in which they "does about el mas-cio." The boiled bones are enjoy with salt and horseradish, while other signature dishes complete the menu delicious and genuine flavours.
