Food and wine evening in homage to mushrooms, game and other autumn products at the Alpi Restaurant in Foza

Saturday, October 5, 2019,the traditional end-of-summer event returns to the Alpi restaurant in Foza,with the special food and wine evening dedicated to autumn.

The chefs of the restaurant will once again try to impress guests with a rich 7-course menu,including appetizers, first courses, second and desserts.
The dishes will be a tribute to autumn and will bring to the table the best of the products that this season can offer: mushrooms, game and other delights of the woods, which will be accompanied by three excellent wines.

To make the evening even more special, a special guest: theL. Ivo Boscardin,current mayor of the municipality of Enego,protagonist in the first person of the environmental emergency caused by Storm Vaia.

• Salted biscuit, wild boar lard, gooseberry jam and hay foam
• Polenta chips and venison tartare

Starter

• Organic egg cooked at 65 degrees on fondue of pecorino pecorino Slapeur
• Tasty black Umbrian truffle

First courses

• Marcesina's porcini soup
• Pumpkin risotto, cantarelli mushrooms and goose speck
• Asiago stuffed tortelli with hay, porcini mushrooms and chanterelles, polenta foam

Seconds flat

• Boar fillet, cranberry sauce
• Stuffed potatoes and cabbage

Dessert

• Three chocolate cake, raspberries, blueberry ice cream
