(Qvb) 2.0 offers a second date truffle and wine dedicated
The truffle, highly-prized fungus, once again a protagonist in Asiago Tuesday September 6, 2016.
After the success of the first time, the 2.0 (Qvb) decided to propose again the truffle dinner.
During the aperitif, which will be served from 19.30, there will also be a long-awaited and appreciated the truffle search demonstration around the cabin, curated by Real Summano.
The dinner menu is:
ENTRE ': cream of Maranello with Vezzena and truffles.
FIRST DISH: Gnocchi with truffles and Asiago.
Main course: wild boar Sirloin on crispy walnuts, truffles and cloves.
DESSERT: Highland Strudel.
The dishes are accompanied by the wines of cellars Home.
The price of the menu will be of 25 Euros, booking is advisable.
