The last appointment of performative Dream Interrupted 2014, review organized by the Municipality of Asiago and with the contribution of the Cassa Rurale ed Artigiana di Roana, is attached to the first light of the day on Sunday 24 August.
Following the success of "light nights were all a dawn" 2013 Edition, back this year the appointment to the Fort at 6.30 a.m., with a musical reading by Isaac TAM in collaboration with the associazione Roan culture & music.
The reading wants to propose to the public some of the writings of a De Andrè less, or little known, from the novel A ridiculous fate. The book was co-authored by the Genoese singer-songwriter and the psychoanalyst Alessandro Gennari and published for the first time in 1996. A ridiculous fate tells of Genova and of people who arrive there, speaks of the slums and lives "wrong" and goes alongside new stories and new faces to the faces and the stories told by Fabrizio De André in his songs.
For this the reading itself will be facing the music and words of the songwriter, performed live by an unusual trio: Paola Magosso atarpa, Mauro Cunico to guitar and Isaac Tam as reader and interpreter of songs by De André.
The event will run for about an hour and a quarter; at the end there is a convivial moment with a small breakfast to offer to the public.
Considering the weather conditions and the time of the Show, are strongly recommended a heavy clothing and equipment of a blanket.
The event is free entry, without prior reservation.
The Fort can be reached by car from the Centre of Camporovere following Via Monte Interrupted, by paved road (first part) and track (last part). Cars can be parked in the vicinity of Forte or in plots placed along the road that climbs towards Mount Stopped, but due to the poor availability of pitches for parking is highly recommended by foot to reach the Fort from Camporovere (estimated time: 50 min-1:0).
In case of bad weather, the reading of music will be held at the teatro "Millepini" of Asiago to 21.00 hours on the same day.
Dream Interrupted 2014
Dream Disrupted exhumes a summer calendar of events at Fort Stopped after the success of the first edition. The artistic review keeps alive this year, too, the idea of adopting as a venue for cultural events, one of the most striking military sites present in the plateauregion, with the intention to re-establish the relationship between time of remembrance and the present time, reviving the theaters of battle and military infrastructure by giving them a new look.
Dream Interrupted, starting with the recent restoration of the Fort and after the opening of the Palazzo del Turismo "Millepini", would indeed offer residents and tourists a new scenario for the Visual and performing arts: different, space is no longer national but immersed in nature, available to the community.
