Observation and discoveries by scientists in the history of astronomy and visit to MUSE

Sunday, july 29, 2018, appointment at theAsiago Astrophysical Observatory with "Lives of astronomers," meeting dedicated to the observation and discoveries by scientists in the history of astronomy.

An expert of the Observatory will guide visitors to the Museo degli Strumenti dell'astronomia (MUSE), exploring the Instrumentation used in astronomy from 40 to 70 years.
This will be an opportunity to reflect on the work and the contribution of important scientists who, over the centuries, have contributed with their findings and their studies to the development of knowledge in the field of astronomy.

Duration: 90 minutes.

Recommended age: at least 12 years

Full price: 10 euros
Reduced: € 5 for children 6-11 years, employees and students UNIPD and OAPD)

For those who will participate in two or more visits, only the first entry will be at full price. We recommend warm clothing and to have a front panel. For groups of 10 people it is possible to agree with the astronomer visiting at other times.
