- Phyllo roulade, bacon and asparagus
- Smoked breast of quail with mixed herbs spontaneee and Ginger vinaigrette dressing
- Tortello stuffed with asparagus, butter and pepper rose fondue parsley
- Risotto with Morels and mimosa egg yolks
- Lemon sorbet
- Roast kid crock, black olives and potatoes
- Veal fillet with hop sprouts and Morels
