Menu suggestion for the Easter lunch at the Hotel Restaurant St. Hubertus 2019 Europe Residence on the Asiago plateau
On 21 April 2019, the Restaurant St. Hubertus ofHotel Europa Residence, located at Asiago, offers a delicious menu on the occasion of Easter dinner.
On the table there will be food traditionally linked to the Easter holidays, as the kid and the Dove, and the typical products of the spring season, like the asparagus and herbs .

EASTER DINNER MENU 2019
Appetizer:
- Salad of white asparagus & mushrooms, duck bacon. Pecans, egg yolk, cream of nettles
(eggs, celery, nuts)
First:
- Bean stuffed ravioli. fondue at robiola di Roccaverano hop sprouts
(eggs, milk and dairy products, cereals)
- Carnaroli rice with peas, thinly sliced prawns & salted lemon cream
(celery, dairy, shellfish)
Second:
- Roast kid, mashed potatoes with mustard & green asparagus
(dairy, celery)
- Alternatively when booking: fillet of grilled garronese
Dessert:
- White Mocha mousse with heart-cream & eggnog at the whisky, crunchy Nuts
(eggs, dairy, nuts, cereals)
- Dove with vanilla sauce
