Menu suggestion for the Easter lunch 2018 at the restaurant Rifugio Val Ant on the Asiago plateau
On 1 January 2018, for Easter dinner, the Rifugio Val Ant offers a set lunch with choice of a Starter, a first, a second course with side dish, dishes on the menu.
At the end of the meal, to end on a sweet note, a delicious artisan Dove with Madagascar vanilla cream and small pastries. Water, wine, coffee and liqueur are included.

EASTER DINNER MENU PROPOSAL 2018
Appetizers:
- Platter of cheeses with jams Rigoni di Asiago
- Venison salami with ricotta and honey
- Refuge loin with marinated asparagus
- Poached egg with asparagus and parsley sauce
- Roast Beef with seared dandelion to balsamic dressing
First courses:
- Tagliatelle with lamb ragu
- Dumplings with chicory and sausage
- Cream of asparagus soup with black truffles
- Homemade macaroni with tomato Pacchino and Vezzena
- Baked lasagna with sausage and peppers
Seconds:
- Roast kid with polenta
- Saddle of lamb stuffed with spinach and roasted potatoes
- Rosemary Roast with artichoke hearts
- Pork Tenderloin with tartar sauce and sauteed Zucchini
- Veal Osso Buco with soft polenta
- Selection of seasonal vegetables
Dessert:
