DESTINATION: Malghe del Monte Verena - Plateau of the Seven Municipalities (VI)

A suggestive route leads us to discover the snowy pastures of Mount Verena. Among these little-frequented paths we can breathe the purest air and admire boundless spaces.

They are enchanted places where in winter cows cede their kingdom to the world of the Wild: Grouse Cedroni, Alpine Hares and many other animals have adapted to live in this mountain environment for thousands of years... well before man brought his her advances up here. 

Let's discover together their presence, taking the time to stop and observe and browse to get to know this high altitude territory and its evolution over time!

A regenerating morning in Nature awaits you, to live together a Mountain of Emotions!

Reservations are required.

Mandatory personal equipment of mask and disinfectant gel.

DIFFICULTY: We assign a difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)

The path is ring and does not present particular technical difficulties, there are no exposed sections. It develops between mountain trails and dirt roads. The uphill difference is less than 250 m. The route may change due to the presence of ice/snow but the difficulty and theme will remain unchanged.

TO TAKE WITH you: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, sunglasses, cap, gloves.

COST: 15€ for the guided excursion. 5€ for children under 15 years old.

Possible rental of snowshoes and sticks: 10€ per person.

MEETING POINT: at 9.30 am at piazzale degli Eroi 1, 36012 Asiago (VI) (c/o Asiago Shrine).
