Ermanno Olmi presents his book "the apocalypse is a happy ending. Stories of my life and our future"aperitif with author at the Palazzo del Turismo di Asiago Millepini
Sunday August 25, 2013 at 17.30 at the Palazzo del Turismo Millepini held the last meeting of the review "Aperitif with author" organized by the Municipality of Asiago in collaboration with libraries at the Point and Read and dream.
In the summer of 2013 were many encounters with major authors of literary Italian landscape.
The last meeting, in collaboration with the Library reached the point of Asiago, is with the Director Ermanno Olmi is one of the greatest directors of Italian cinema, winner of the Golden Lion for career in 2008.
At the Palazzo del Turismo Millepini the Maestro Olmi will present his latest book entitled "the apocalypse is a happy ending. Stories of my life and our future". Rizzoli Editore.
"I need the beauty, as well as I love every human yearning to be compared to it. I'd give up any artistic merit in order to be able to do with my life a work of art. " Is the principle that guides Ermanno Olmi in this exploration of a life, its few certainties and its many meetings.
